The Government Leadership Institute (GLI) is dedicated to empowering Chiefs of Staff in the political sector by providing high-quality, nonpartisan training and leadership development.
Our mission is to equip both new and experienced Chiefs of Staff with the tools, strategies, and support needed to excel in their roles, ensure the success of the political leaders they serve, and positively impact the constituents they represent.
Through our membership program and in-person summits, we’re cultivating a new generation of political leadership that is proactive, strategic, and effective.
